## Title examination, link by link

NotarIA rebuilds a property's chain of title from uploaded Land Register documents, then applies deterministic safety nets: chain breaks, undischarged charges, the thirty-year period, grantee/grantor continuity and lot concordance. The location certificate is read item by item (23 items, s. 9 RLRQ c. A-23, r. 10).

Every link is proposed, then confirmed by the notary. The AI never declares a title ‘good and marketable’ — the conclusion belongs to the notary. And because NotarIA has no direct Land Register access, every report states that scope reservation explicitly.

## How it works
