# NotarIA, by ATOM Solutions.

NotarIA is a notarial compliance copilot built and powered by ATOM Solutions, in Montréal, for Québec notaries. Our principle: reduce professional liability and save time, with an AI whose every answer is cited and where the notary decides.

## Our approach

- **Grounded in Québec law** — Every answer relies on cited official sources, never on an unfounded opinion.
- **The notary decides** — The AI proposes; the notary confirms, reviews and signs. No autonomous action.
- **Residency and privacy** — Data in Canada, a design built for Law 25, strict minimization.
- **Proof in the file** — Every check produces a dated, cited report, filed to the matter: compliance leaves a trail.

## The mission

Reducing the professional liability of Québec notaries: that is why NotarIA exists. An act checked against the law, a cited finding verifiable in one click, a dated trail of what was verified — that is what protects a practice.

And because trust is earned, every NotarIA answer is cited to its source, never asserted without a verifiable reference. The AI prepares and flags; the notary decides, always.

## ATOM Solutions, the publisher

NotarIA is designed, developed and hosted by ATOM Solutions, in Montréal. The team controls the whole technical stack: voice dictation, optical character recognition (OCR) and the gateway to language models are self-hosted in Canada, which guarantees that no data — voice included — ever leaves the country.

## What we believe in

- **Measured, not promised** — Our performance claims rest on a reproducible benchmark, published with its protocol and its limits.
- **Accuracy before completeness** — A correct, cited finding beats an impressive but unverifiable coverage.
- **Data in Canada** — Montréal residency is not an option: it grounds the design, in line with Law 25.
